Great and easy experience. Convenient payment and clean secure property. Had an issue talked to after hours agent and at 902am recieved a call from on site agent that starts at 9am to resolve. In seconds issue was resolved super happy with them

Diana and the customer service team made the rental process very pleasant from start to finish. I received the gate code and all locker information in a very timely fashion with easy to follow instructions via email. I purchased a locker lock from them and I was able to get it from their lock box at the unit site. I arrived on site last evening to check out my locker and install the lock. The locker was very clean, easy to access/drive up and the locked easily. The 12 week sale price of 50% off was the selling point! Great service, clean and affordable storage unit!
